You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to SeeFits. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process and display it solely for the purpose of delivering the try-on service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

All content, features, and functionality of SeeFits — including but not limited to the AI models, interface design, and brand — are owned by SeeFits and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our IP without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links and Services

SeeFits may display links to third-party retailers or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

SeeFits is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the fit predictions or styling recommendations generated by the app. Results may vary depending on the photos provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeeFits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any purchasing decisions made based on app results.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SeeFits at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
